However, over time it became harder to submit work orders,you had to call or email, but the phones were rarely answered and there was no voicemail option. Rent increases were ultimately the reason I moved out. I was paying close to $1,800 for a 598 sq. ft. one-bedroom, while new units were being advertised for $1,675. That felt unreasonable after being a good tenant for several years. The laundry rooms were often dirty and musty, so I’d recommend using the laundromat across the street instead. Also, even though the property is supposed to be smoke-free, there were frequently tenants smoking in the parking lot, and the smoke would drift into nearby units.

- EBElisa BejarAug 16, 20231.0Absolutely horrible experience here! Office ladies are extremely rude they have so much attitude, however the maintenance man was very helpful and nice. Apartments have no light fixtures in the living room or bedrooms, you’d think for the price they’d be updated! Before you rent BEWARE you will most likely get little to none of your security deposit back, so don’t even bother cleaning it when you leave because they’ll still charge you a high ticket for it. I only stayed here for one year because of the leasing contract. Definitely do not recommend renting here!
