  I lived at this apartment building by for one year and I really have no complaints other than the hidden fees or sewer, water, and garbage. They kept it clean, it’s dog friendly, maintenance was on top of things when something broke, it was quiet. I really enjoyed living there. But I recently moved out on August 31st and yet to receive my deposit back. It’s October 3rd. I was calling weekly to get updates on it or to get some sort of information on how much I would even receive back but Sonia in the office didn’t have access to all that information she is just the leasing agent. Melissa is the one that deals with everything else and I finally received a call back from her on September 26th saying my check was issued on September 12th so she cancelled that one and reissued another one apparently. I still have not received anything on my end which is crazy to me.

  I had a 12-month lease and I very much enjoyed my time at Manchester Court. The leasing office staff were always very communicative. The maintenance staff were respectful and prompt with any maintenance needs. As a woman living alone, I also felt very safe here! Only reason I moved was because I was leaving the area.

  No complaints,yet,only problem is tenants that use the gym area for not put stuff back where it belongs,but overall it's been good so far

  I hate giving perfect ratings, because then there's no room for improvement. But they really deserve it. My ONLY complaint(s) are that the landscapers blow a bunch of dust around when they're on the grounds, so every Monday afternoon, my car needs to have the duster taken to it. Other than that, as long as I can avoid a neighbor with a dog that barks uncontrollably, My experience is pleasant. Have only had minor maintenance issues crop up, and they're always addressed promptly. Remodeled floor plans are nice and clean. It's been everything I could ask for, and I'm picky!
