  I’ve had bad renting experiences in the past but the office staff here is very friendly and has made my renting experience fast and easy ! My maintenance work orders have been completed in a timely manner which has been a huge plus and stress reliever !! They really care for their tenants here !!

  Crown Ridge offers a room to rent *for FREE* to residents, for birthday parties, baby showers, small parties, etc. It is a beautiful and LARGE room with brick wall (not pictured), refrigerator, air conditioner access & tons of black comfy chairs. Alejandra and Lori walked me through the space and were always available to show it again if I needed, during the planning please. I'm very happy with the office team here and all the amenities we have available . This was a nice experience to celebrate a birthday at home! Sometimes it's hard with apartment-life because of limited space, but Crown Ridge offering this room right next to the pool just made it so perfect. Thank you Crown Ridge office & maintenance team as well. The pool was clean and ready. As for my guests, there is always plenty of uncovered parking for them to visit for the day 😊

  Nice apartment and community. And the neighbors are nice but maintenance is terrible they never fix anything our apartment and we been complaining about out dishwasher ,Ac , washer since we got here last year of march 2024 . And some of our plugs don’t work in the apartment. We pay almost 2,000 in rent and the deposit we put down for this apartment was around 3k the least they can do is help us with our problems or move us into another apartment

  I have lived here for almost 5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance and grounds are well maintained, and all of my requests were handled immediately. I highly recommend this complex to anyone. They are in the process now of repainting/residing all the exteriors, and it looks great. Also, most of the AC units have been replaced.
