- RTRobyn ThuemmlerAug 15, 20255.0I recently purchased a home here in Coralwood, been living here about eight months. I LOVE IT. Rules are clearly posted and are not overbearing. Properties are well tended. The grounds and ammenities are beautifully maintained. And finally, the staff is pleasant, communicative, helpful and welcoming. The on-site manager, D, represents the community spirit and encouraged me to join in without undue pressure. Neighbors are pleasant but privacy is respected. Community is gated, without feeling like a prison. Deliveries are easily made. Walking in the evenings feels very safe and quiet a few residents are walking their dogs on leash. Quite frankly, this decision to purchase here has exceeded my expectations in a most positive arc. I look forward to joining in more activities to meet more of my neighbors.
