It was beyond disappointing to see how money-hungry management is while completely neglecting the property. From a dirty pool and hot tub to a gym full of broken machines, malfunctioning A/C units, homeless people overrunning the dumpster area with a constant foul smell, and overall poor upkeep. For what they charge, the lack of maintenance and professionalism is unacceptable.
