  I’ve had bad renting experiences in the past but the office staff here is very friendly and has made my renting experience fast and easy ! My maintenance work orders have been completed in a timely manner which has been a huge plus and stress reliever !! They really care for their tenants here !!

  I have lived here for almost 5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance and grounds are well maintained, and all of my requests were handled immediately. I highly recommend this complex to anyone. They are in the process now of repainting/residing all the exteriors, and it looks great. Also, most of the AC units have been replaced.

  We have been living at Crown Ridge for a almost a year and a half. The complex is great. It's always kept clean. Our apartment is a 2 room 2 bathroom and it's a great setup. Alot of room. When we moved in there was nothing that had to be done. We hardly ever have any maintenance issues but when something does come up management is always quick to help and take care of the issue. All the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Bobby makes sure that things are run well. We are very happy with crown ridge. We wouldn't even think about looking at any other apartment. If your looking for a nice quiet clean apartment Crown Ridge is the way to go.
