  They claim to have a “24-hour fitness center,” but they don’t repair or replace the treadmills when needed, which is inconvenient for everyone wanting to use the gym. Additionally, they don’t clean the pools often, and the jacuzzi always breaks down.

  Gym Tredmil still down bc they wont Replace it but keep replacing parts. If your going to be petty and charge for pest control, Parking stalls and Package Lockers no one uses then keep the gym and pool running and available. Trees are never trimmed so when it rains the parking lot floods.

  Just moved here and Lucy the assistant community director was amazing!! So welcoming and made the moving process so easy and smooth !!

  Lucy has been professional during the entire process. I am great full to be moving in to Brooks Landing apartments especially since I had different experiences visiting other apartment complexes.

  I just want to take a moment to recognize Lucy Barocio for being such an amazing and supportive person. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth, organized, and stress-free, which made a huge difference. Throughout my experience, she has shown outstanding communication, responsiveness, and genuine care in addressing any concerns. She has been incredibly helpful and has always made me feel heard and taken seriously. It’s not easy to find someone who is both professional and compassionate, but Lucy truly stands out. I’m very grateful for her support and wanted to make sure her hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed. She is a great asset to her company!
