  We have been working with Rachel at Baxter Homes, and she has been responsive, supportive, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which made us feel confident moving forward. Baxter Homes has truly made this experience easier for our family, especially by handling communication with the city regarding permits. The process has not been easy due to significant pushback from the city, but Rachel has been hands-on, consistent, and persistent in advocating for us and moving things forward. My family and I truly appreciate the support, dedication, and hard work from the Baxter Homes team. We are excited to continue working with them as we prepare for our new home. I 100% recommend Baxter Homes to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares and delivers excellent service.

  Rachel and the Baxter team have been amazing! They were all professional, honest, and preformed exceptional work. They were proactive and very responsive to any question or concern we had as they assisted us through the entire process. Rob, Rachel's installation foreman did amazing job moving, installing, and finishing the home. They have compiled a great group of professionals together to make an outstanding team. I would recommend Baxter Homes to anyone.

  Rachel was absolutely amazing to work with. I was in the middle of selling my manufactured home in Mariposa and urgently needed Form 433A to keep my sale moving. I had called many places with no help, but Rachel responded immediately, explained everything clearly, and guided me from start to finish. She was professional, kind, fast, and extremely responsive. Thanks to her, I got the permit and paperwork completed without stress. I truly couldn’t have done this without her help. Highly recommend!

  Baxter is a highly recommended mobile home company. They have really nice, elegant, and comfortable homes, and the prices are great. But the best part is their customer service—they’re super attentive and help you with everything. What I loved the most is that they take care of all the permits and paperwork, so you don’t have to stress about anything. They make the whole process really easy. If you’re looking for a mobile home and want good quality without the hassle, Baxter is the best choice. 👍
