  Very disappointing experience. The application process was dragged out with little to no communication, and the staff were unprofessional and at times rude. We ended up canceling our application due to the delays and lack of clear answers.

  We are incredibly grateful for the amazing experience we had renting our new apartment at Madrid Apartments, all thanks to Hailey. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, and we were going through a really challenging time—but Hailey made us feel supported and reassured the entire way. She was always responsive, attentive, and truly invested in helping us find and secure our new home. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and compassionate in their work. Hailey didn’t just do her job—she made a real difference for us, and we’ll always be thankful for that. If you have the chance to work with her, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in the best hands!

  We had a great experience with Madrid from start to finish. Hailey was attentive, patient, and made sure all of our questions were answered during the tour. The whole process was smooth, and we ended up feeling confident enough to sign the lease that same day. The application process was seamless and straightforward. After moving in, we did run into a small issue, but David from maintenance handled it quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. I’m really looking forward to living here and feeling confident that my time in this complex will be a great experience.

  I recently toured this apartment community (Madrid at Mission Viejo) and was genuinely impressed—not only by the property itself, but especially by the exceptional customer service provided by Hailey. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the tour to meet my preferences, explaining amenities and floor plans with clarity and enthusiasm. Hailey’s professionalism and warm personality made the experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines such genuine care with deep knowledge of the community. Her follow-up and communication afterward were also outstanding. Because of her, I left the visit with a strong positive impression and a real interest in calling this place home.
