The manager of Bella Vista Apartments, Parand Borghei, truly works hard for our community and handles the responsibilities of the complex with care. She is responsible, helpful, and attentive, and always addresses residents’ needs with respect. We genuinely appreciate all her efforts.

I've been living at Bella Vista for 1 years and going on to me 2nd. This is the best apartment I've lived in. On-site management (Parand and Javier) is excellent! I believe the property is owned by a family/small company, so the property is always very well-kept. Parand is always quick to respond to my questions and requests. Also, they are very respectful and kind people, which you don't see nowadays. I don't understand the negative reviews, but I will say that this complex tends to attract generally good people. I don't know about the people who are adding negative comments, but the tenants I've met are respectful and kind. The only problem I have is with those few TENANTS who don't follow the rules of throwing away trash and recycling even after Parand sends emails to educate and inform (a couple people do it wrong, the waste/recycling companies penalize the complex, and everyone has to pay a portion which increases the trash cost).

The management for this complex is absolutely horrible while I lived here they had my car towed when my ankle was broken there were no available handicapped spots and to bring in my groceries, I had to park my car in a no parking zone the manager of the apartment had me towed in less than 30 minutes. Now that we have moved out, they are trying to charge us outrageous fees for total carpet replacement replacing the stove, replacing the door to the laundry room and refinishing the tub. All of these things were fully functional when we moved out and not damaged the carpet had normal wear and tear and we were in residency for two years. We are completely outraged. We are obtaining an attorney. Do not live here! The property manager is completely incompetent. She does not obey the rules of the complex herself, but she will absolutely enforce them on you and even go above and beyond doing things that are unnecessary and prying into your personal life. She tries to cover for her horrible management skills by doing events for the apartment complex but don’t be fooled her management will make your daily life stressful. I do not recommend living here.

I quite liked this place initially. However, the one problem I have is with the management. Specifically who I think might be the property manager (Parand?). It’s almost like Big Brother in that she is snooping and prying into all types of things that I just don’t think are appropriate for a property manager to stick their nose in. When I drive in, I feel like she’s snooping on what I’m up to, and what guests I have with me etc. Also, there’s a fairly strict policy about dogs at the property. Even when allowed they have to be on a leash at all times, and yet the property manager doesn’t abide by this rule herself, and simply enforces it on other people. I understand the property manager has oversight, but this is more than that, this is snooping, being nosey and it’s not appropriate. Guests should not be cornered and questioned by anyone unless they are doing something wrong. Imagine how it makes them feel? Just for visiting a friend of relative? Crazy. The property manager just seems to be a busy body type, zero flexibility with someone else but like a lot of people who think they have more power than they do, flaunts the rules themselves
