She is always quick and goes above and beyond to help us with any issues or problems that we have. I have had different managers in my past residences and none compare to the manager here at Bella Vista. I truly feel blessed that we finally have a true manager that tends to the needs and helps the residents by going out of her way with any issues or concerns that we have. The property is always kept clean and maintenance does an excellent job in fixing things when need be. Thank you so much Parand! I couldn't have asked for a better management team, including Javier. We greatly appreciate you both!

She is responsible, helpful, and attentive, and always addresses residents’ needs with respect. We genuinely appreciate all her efforts.

I have rented from many other apartments and so far Kristin has been the best one. Doug the maintenance manager was great and very efficient. The only problem I had was with the microwave door not closing, but Doug replaced it within minutes of me telling Kristin about it. They are an Awesome team. Also the property is well maintained and very quiet
