- PCPoni CNov 16, 20251.0Please stay away! These homes are the worst possible because of close proximity to the highway 880 and the Milpitas landfill. So smelly and lots of Pm 2.5 particulate pollution. You don’t want to raise a family here due to cancer and other health concerns. Take it from someone’s who moved out of the area because of this. Cheap prices are cheap for a reason!
