  Lots of paperwork but otherwise quite smooth and easy. Only a few fixes needed but maintenance crew and leasing office were quick to respond.

  Maintenance came to clear clogged drain, also admonished us several times that nothing is to be put down the drain. We a low water low water pressure which he said a separate work order had to be placed. A second work order was placed but no response as of yet.

  Friendly staff and nice apartments. A bit expensive with the added fees of $250 on top of the rent price but it’s a nice place with nice amenities.

  We’re a young family of four and moved into Harbor Point Apartments a couple of months ago. The entire move-in process was seamless—Michael was incredibly proactive and kept us updated every step of the way, which made the transition so easy. Since settling in, we’ve felt genuinely welcomed. Our neighbors are friendly and have been wonderful with our children, which has helped us feel at home right away. The community feels safe, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The management team has also been great—quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, and always easy to communicate with. It’s reassuring to know they’re attentive and supportive. Overall, Harbor Point has exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.
