I had typed out a much longer review but it's not worth anyone's time to actually post it. Nobody with a pulse at RZ is going to read it or do anything about my problems. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. Property owners looking to have slumlords run their property, this is the company for you. It's absolutely worth noting that the large majority of positive reviews are from property owners, or are so short and lacking of details that it is impossible to tell. Tenants, stay away unless you like never receiving timely communication about anything other than money, and never actually having maintenance performed. To rental zebra: if a real person, not a robot (no part of me believes "Jamie" is a real person) ever actually reads this, please don't take the time to respond, you and I both know you won't do anything, and dont care as long as the $ keeps coming in. The only positive things I can say about my experience are from my onsite manager. He does absolutely everything he can to help us, despite getting very little support or resources from RZ. He is a standout positive aspect, and the only reason I could give two stars, out of what has otherwise been an abysmal renting experience. All I have for now is hope that the rest of my lease will pass by quickly and uneventfully. (Review edited immediately after posting for spelling and grammar, and to add praise for my onsite manager)
