- LTLee ThaoDec 18, 20253.0Danielle was quite responsive, polite, and professional during our house viewing, very much appreciated. I rate it a 3 due to the lack of responsiveness from Rental Zebra and the length of time to resolve work orders. We’ve placed work orders for a light bulb fixture in the kitchen area as there’s wires hanging out/seems as if the light bulb was blown out and removed during our move in house inspection in September and it’s almost four months in, still not fixed to this day. During our second month living at the house, we found a mice running across the living room. We placed another work order, two weeks have gone by and no calls from Rental Zebra. Rental Zebra didn’t send any pest control until I called them regarding two smoke detector needing replacement and followed up with the rodent problem as it relates to heath concerns. Other work orders including the toilet handle being loose in one of the bathrooms and water leaking from the shower heads are still pending. I don’t think it will be resolved anytime soon.
