Deciding to rent my single-family home was a tough decision to make. With all the negatives concerning homeowners and the difficulties in finding the right tenants, I personally felt that I was not ready to list my property.
Researching property management companies was time-consuming, frustrating,and uneventful, to say the very least. For these reasons, I decided that renting my home was simply not going to be an option.
Chosen Property Management was the exception. Even after meeting with them in the early stage of vetting a management company, I opted out of the market. However, the owner, Keith, showed me just how different his company was on many levels.
For nearly a year after I opted out of the market, Keith kept me informed about the current market conditions, how best i could position my property into the market, and the likeliness of his company in locating quality tenants. But even more so, he gave me the confidence to trust in the market again. This was the driver I needed to make the ultimate decision.
Chosen Property Management is locally rooted and more family oriented than any other management company in the area. I am certain anyone who cares about these qualities will come to find out the same as I have. And there is much more to discover with Chosen Property.
For instance, their staff. Coordinators are friendly, caring, responsive to needs, and full of details when called upon. Jesus and Ron have gone the extra mile for me with service and maintenance needs. Andrea, very professional and comforting to work with. Together, this team is dynamic and well positioned to deliver beyond all expectations.

Do not use this company. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and inefficient at doing their jobs. My father was the one contracted with them but I was forced to interact with them when the property under their care was left vacant in Feb of 2024. He was told the tenants broke the lease early due to some health concerns. Over the next two months he tried contacting them and had very little luck.
Finally it was decided since nothing was getting done on the house that I would be driving 20 hours in order to their jobs for them.
The first issue we encountered was before I had even got into town. A friend in the area alerted us that there was no lock box on the house as Chosen Property Management had indicated to my father. As such I was told to go to their office. It was there I had an interaction with their C.E.O, Keith Borges
Google said their office hours at the time began at 0800 but the lobby was closed until 1000 meaning I was forced to wait. Upon entering I calmly stated they should look into updating their schedule on Google so as to not waste anyone's time. Mr. Borges stepped out from his office to rudely say 'we are working at 0800 so we are open at 0800.'
I was already tired from the drive so I ignored him so I could get the keys and see the state of the house. Upon arriving at the house I began to record on my phone.
To start the lawn hadnt been maintained in several weeks, there was a carseat left by the front door and it only goes down hill from there.
The first thing I noticed when I entered the house was a disgusting smell. The second was a pile of trash in the living room. I tried to go through the rest of the house but was ultimately forced outside due to the smell which even caused me to gag. There I saw more trash and furniture.
It took a day and a half of phone calls for them to finally tell me that despite my father telling them I'd be the contact in regards to the house that since I was contracted with them they couldn't tell me anything or provide any of the information I was asking for which included a copy of both the move out inspections of this tenant and the one prior as they state on their website they typically do one.
Luckily my father picked up the ball and they had someone come and clean the house within the week. Of course this was after I discovered milk that had been sitting in a disconnected fridge for roughly two months.
It was after this that I decided to check YELP for reviews and there I discovered others that have had issues with them showing me that this wasn't a one time thing.
Over all as I stated above do not use this company. Between the communication issues and unprofessionalism, I'm very surprised they've stayed in business as long as they have

Chosen Property Management has been our property manager for about 4 years now. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Andrea and Keith have always been very kind and dedicated.
