  Do not use this company. Always raising the rent yet they wont answer phone calls or complete maintenance requests. Left requests for maintenance go unanswered dozens of times but will always be on time when it comes to raising the price or adding fees.

  I’ve had a really good experience with this property management team. Anytime something comes up, they fix it right away and are always helpful. It feels like they genuinely care and look out for their tenants

  So I have been with the company as a renter in one home for over 7 months now and they have been absolutely amazing I haven't had any issues they've always answered any questions I had they've been very informative on any thing I've needed I'm absolutely very impressed with the home with the move-in process it was very thorough I went through and did more than a hundred photos on a website that they have you document everything so that was very nice knowing that when and if I ever did move out everything was documented as the time of me moving in so if you're looking for a company that rents answers questions this is the place for you again I've never had any issues I've seen some reviews on here of people having problems this is my experience and I find it hard to believe that they could be so different from some of the others again I've been a renter for all of my life and I have definitely had some bad experiences with rental management companies and for the last 7 months I would have been very pleased with this company and would definitely stay with them for the long run.

  Never answer the phone! The address on google is incorrect. Went to the address left on voicemail and they were closed it at 11am for over an hour. Very unprofessional, will not call back, will not respond to emails. Took $60 application fee and denied me immediately saying I didn’t verify documentation; but did not specify what documents they needed. I provided everything listed online. After reading others reviews, I’m glad I dodged this unethical property management.

  If you are looking for a housing company DO NOT COME HERE. The people here are one of the most incompetent individuals , had trouble both moving in and moving out. Every time I needed help I would call the office countless times and no answer. Would email them and no answer. You basically have to do their job for them since they do not try and help when an issue arises. Seriously if you care about your mental peace looks elsewhere to rent!
