- HGHushaine Gordon4 days ago1.0Good luck having them fixing any warranty work. House are cheaply built with no quality control. HVAC system keep going out due to being undersized. They uses a 3 ton unit for a 5 bedroom 2800sq home. Unit need to be a 5 ton or (2) 3 tons
