  I recently moved in. The stand in property manager Yessenia was very helpful. She helped me and my partner continuously through the process even with glitches in the system and made sure we were comfortable until everything was said and done. Definitely loving the atmosphere here at Somerset and the diligence to all my concerns!!

  The person Yesenia helped us moved in and pull everything together for us to move in she is a wonderful person and I’m happy she’s the property manager that helped us

  Irene is truly helpful and cares about the complex. I have no issues what so ever getting a response to work orders or when theirs issues with anything around the community. Glad to have someone who cars for the place we live.

  If only zero stars was an option...These apartments are not worth the money. The walls are thin and if you're on the first floor you can hear A LOT of noise coming through the ceiling. The dumpsters and recycling bins are constantly overflowing. You are assigned one space and additional parking is available across a busy street. There are only 4 washers and dryers for 30 apartments which creates issues in getting laundry done. Also, the complex charges for utilities based on the RUBs system which includes charges the residents for things like sprinkler water and electricity for the entire property. Property management (FPI Property Management - look them up) is horrible, unresponsive and will try to gouge for every penny they can. They helped themselves to a chunk of our security deposit to renovate the apartment for the next tenant. Stay away from these thieves.
