  My family has been moved out for 2 months and they still haven’t received their deposit back. Even though they were great tenants and left everything in good condition, they’re being ignored. This company is quick when it comes to taking your money but it’s obvious they get really confused when it’s time to give your money back. Constant Rotation of managers/employees goes to show how things are going. They’re saying they sent out the check but can’t even offer a date of when or any tracking information. Seems very unprofessional and illegal what they’re doing. Another way they take your money: they say they’ll take a fee for dogs and that supposedly there will be testing to see which dogs leave their feces around to fine them.. however, there’s feces everywhere from dirty lazy people that leave their it lying around and there’s no way to track that to hold people accountable. There’s a sign that says there’s security on the premises but there’s no security whatsoever. Homeless anbd drug addicts have easy access to enter the area. A homeless person snuck up on my mom at 4/5 am and she expressed her concern but nothing got done. Also, even if you have renters insurance, they want to still overcharge you on things that were out of your control. My family sucked up a lot of these things but now that they’re doing this - there’s no reason to hide the truths. We will need to take legal action if this problem continues because they’ve been given too many opportunities.

  This was my first home. And I absolutely loved it. I have no words how great my experience was. I put in little to no service request while here and Martinez has very beautiful sunsets and my apartment had great lighting, so I rarely had to use my pg&e. My only thing I wish for is a larger one bedroom. I was in the largest. This place will always be at the forefront of my heart.

  I want to express my satisfaction with Regency Plaza and their staff , Moosa,Naja and Javier. Moosa has been especially helpful with everything I have needed since I arrived here in May. I feel like family here and that is so nice to come home to. I really enjoy everything about living here , especially the staff. I am so glad to be a part of this community. The amenities go far and above and I feel completely safe, surrounded by trees and wildlife.
