  Don’t expect to get your deposit back. They took almost all of ours and then don’t even have the audacity to email back a real explanation.

  Moved here about 7 months ago from Vacaville for work and I love it! The front office is super helpful, Moosa and Naja are always pleasant and kind to work with and get back to you quickly and efficiently. Sergio the maintenance worker is a gem. He is such a kind person, and always smiling. I have one nervous dog and he makes sure to take time to let her warm up to him when he comes in the house to make sure she is not scared when he comes in. It's a beautiful property, not noisy, and well maintained by the property managers.

  My husband and I loved living here for just over a year and a half. Moosa in the office is very helpful, wonderful to work with. Sergio in maintenance is fantastic. Overall great communication with the this property. Clean and quiet units, well maintained and landscaped property. Online portal for bill pay is super easy to use.

  We've been with my wife and our Emotional Support Dog in the apartments for 1 year so far and our experience has been nothing more but fantastic. Moosa, Sierra and Thailia (management) have a huge disposal to help you on whatever you need as well as Sergio, the person who is in charge of maintenance. In general the condo is super clean and in order, which makes Plum Tree Apartments a very great place to live in. The neighborhood is super safe, neighbors are very nice people, it has a direct entrance to the freeway, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Recommend this 100%

  My girlfriend and I loved this place. Plenty of parking within the quiet community with friendly neighbors and staff. Sergio & his maintenance team work hard to keep the place looking great. He was always friendly and made sure our maintenance concerns were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend these apartments.
