  My overall experience living here so far has been great. The property manager Sarah and maintenance man Anthony are so helpful, quick to answer, they communicate any updates, and are very nice. I’ve met lots of residents so far and they are all friendly. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful and we cannot hear the freeway from our place so that’s a bonus. The fitness center is always clean and smells good and has everything you’d need in a workout. Our apartment is in good shape and any emergencies with appliances, water leaks, or heater/AC is responded to immediately. The only negative is that it’s a bit of a dead zone for Verizon service so calls may cut out occasionally if you’re walking around the parking lot on a call, it’s best to be connected to your WiFi, we found Xfinity internet works amazing in our place but service is great in the fitness center if you like watching a show or chatting with a friend on the treadmill. I also never see anyone go in the community hot tub and Sarah said they clean it regularly, so it’s nice to get the hot tub to ourselves too. The whole complex is very clean too, landscaping is kept up regularly, garbage is removed regularly, and lots of people have dogs and I don’t see any droppings left around. Residents seem considerate.

  This is my fourth year living at this complex. I am updating my review because we are under new management. I am extremely pleased with them. Sarah is the new property manager. She is professional, tenacious, resolves issues that arise in a prompt manner and is always available. Anthony is the new maintenance engineer. He is quick to respond to service requests. I have been having issues with my toilet. He had a plumber come out immediately . I am getting a new toilet today! They both have excellent communication skills. Great job guys! This is my second review. I have lived in this community for over three years. I absolutely love it here! I have fabulous neighbors that all look out for each other. My apartment is beautiful. It is a very spacious one bedroom junior with a in unit washer/dryer. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. There is a nice dog park for my dogs and a pool that my grandkids love. I have my grandkids birthday parties at the pool every year. The staff here is absolutely amazing! Richard is a super hero. He was able to fix major issues with my housing that no one else was able to do. He is understanding, engaging and friendly. It's obvious that he truly cares about his job and the residents that live here. Madison is fantastic! She goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns or issues that come up are resolved in a timely manner. Gilbert is in charge of maintenance. Every service call I put in was taken care of that same day or within 24 hours. I highly recommend living here!

  It’s been over 7 weeks since I left the the Hayden and still waiting on deposit “profesional” Briana has ghost my emails very professional as she claims to be.

  Haven Martinez has drastically improved with hiring a class act Manager. Shannon is very professional and caring. She is working hard and committed along with Johnny to keeping this place family friendly. Thank you Shannon and Johnny.
