- CCCrystalAug 5, 20241.0They do not give back the security deposit, and they will charge you $400 just for painting the apartment. I had to pay even after I moved out, even though three months had already passed. They will not give you an exact notification until you ask three times via email. There are many homeless people around here, and they will look for food in the trash.
