  They do not give back the security deposit, and they will charge you $400 just for painting the apartment. I had to pay even after I moved out, even though three months had already passed. They will not give you an exact notification until you ask three times via email. There are many homeless people around here, and they will look for food in the trash.

  We moved in recently and have enjoyed the place so far. The staff has been great with us. Yesenia is VERY professional but easy going. She's made sure our transition here has been great. Excited to build memories here.

  The person Yesenia helped us moved in and pull everything together for us to move in she is a wonderful person and I’m happy she’s the property manager that helped us

  Irene is truly helpful and cares about the complex. I have no issues what so ever getting a response to work orders or when theirs issues with anything around the community. Glad to have someone who cars for the place we live.
