  I been living here for over a Year now , and I love the environment safe, and quiet . My only issue is parking we need more for visitors . I’ve met some lovely people here who always speak as im walking my dog. The grounds are very clean. Christian our Matinance Dept goes beyond the call of duty friendly and professional. I haven’t had any issues with him getting right to any request . it every time I put one in , he's on it mind you he does all this by himself . you can’t find that kind of help Anywhere he’s always doing something on the grounds he is a good asset this property Thank You!! makes a difference when you can live somewhere thats clean and trusted . and you a person who cares with professionalism such as he do. also thank you too Danielle the office manager for making things easy upon me moving in It’s appreciated.   Thankful for Cristhian Perez whom is the Service Manager for saving the day! Today I had a surprise birthday package coming from my dad who live out of state, my package was not at my front door when I got home from work, it was delivered to another door, AND NO ONE KNEW WHERE IT WAS! Called management to see what can be done, seemed as if all hope was lost! BUT! Cristhian deliver my package to me by hand THE SAME DAY. I was able to get my gift from my father, and this made my day beyond measures. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication.

  I think it would be easier to list the things that I didnt love because it's much shorter. Every once in a while the on site laundry room is full...and the water bill is a little steep but that seems to be an issue with area more than the community. Other than that it's been stellar. Ave and German have been attentive, responsive and very easy going. The people who live here are all extremely chill. There is a lot of kids and dogs in the community (including mine lol) but the noise suppression is top knotch.As good an experience as you can get in apartment living

  Parking is horrible. Nails always in parking lot. Constant mail box problems. Rent keeps rising since new owner which is sequoia equities, who own a lot of complexes around here. Ask to enter apartments too often. Edited 5/23/17: The parking and nail issue has been attempted to be addressed, which I appreciate. The management is nice and does try to accommodate the residents. Parking is better on some days now... some days there still isn't enough parking. Residents park on the red curbs (the parking lot drive way) in middle of the day for their convenience. Still some nails in the parking lot due to 'renovation' companies. The renovations are nice but the 'renovators' are pretty bad and have done a piss poor job.. Very half assed on the finishers part. On the plus side, new appliances and flooring. The buildings and landscape is still better maintained than most apartments in the area. The manager does a good job with trying to make this place a community, with get-togethers and other events. If you talk with her, she's very respectful and wants to help. I give the place 4 stars because it's still better than most apartments in the area. It's pretty quiet. Some units facing away from the parking lot have a good view.
