  This was my first home. And I absolutely loved it. I have no words how great my experience was. I put in little to no service request while here and Martinez has very beautiful sunsets and my apartment had great lighting, so I rarely had to use my pg&e. My only thing I wish for is a larger one bedroom. I was in the largest. This place will always be at the forefront of my heart.

  I want to express my satisfaction with Regency Plaza and their staff , Moosa,Naja and Javier. Moosa has been especially helpful with everything I have needed since I arrived here in May. I feel like family here and that is so nice to come home to. I really enjoy everything about living here , especially the staff. I am so glad to be a part of this community. The amenities go far and above and I feel completely safe, surrounded by trees and wildlife.

  Lovely little community. Friendly and helpful staff. Moosa Rehman in particular did a fantastic job helping me understand the application and process and what criteria were required for everything. A truly professional experience.

  I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it. I lived in the main building on the 3rd floor. I hardly ever needed heat or AC due to how well the building is made. It was very quiet. The best part was the management and how pet friendly they are! If you have dogs, this is a great place to live.
