  Moved here about 7 months ago from Vacaville for work and I love it! The front office is super helpful, Moosa and Naja are always pleasant and kind to work with and get back to you quickly and efficiently. Sergio the maintenance worker is a gem. He is such a kind person, and always smiling. I have one nervous dog and he makes sure to take time to let her warm up to him when he comes in the house to make sure she is not scared when he comes in. It's a beautiful property, not noisy, and well maintained by the property managers.

  My husband and I loved living here for just over a year and a half. Moosa in the office is very helpful, wonderful to work with. Sergio in maintenance is fantastic. Overall great communication with the this property. Clean and quiet units, well maintained and landscaped property. Online portal for bill pay is super easy to use.

  We have been living in this apartment complex for 2 years and I can honestly say it has been great. The office staff Tailiyah, Moosa, and Sierra, as well as the property manager Kendall have all been extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would also like to acknowledge the apartment's EXTRAORDINARY maintenance and facilities manager, Sergio. He truly is a gem and keeps the apartments well maintained and every work order that we have requested has been fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. He is very kind, extremely skilled, and very friendly. I love seeing him around the complex and chatting with him. Everyone here has been truly amazing, there is plenty of parking, the pool area is well maintained, our neighbors are friendly, it's central to everything, and our experience living here has been truly wonderful.

  We have lived here for 3 years, and I honestly only have positive things to say about this community. Besides the fact that this neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly, the management staff has always been professional and personable. The actual apartments themselves are decent in size with a washer and dryer in each unit. This was a must for us, knowing that we’ve lived in other complexes that have a community laundry room, and that was not a good experience. If you’ve lived in a complex like that, you know exactly what I mean. The fact that this community is pet friendly is also a plus, knowing that we have animals. All of the animals here are friendly as well, and all of the owners actual clean up after their dogs. There are several doggie bag stations that make it easy for owners to pick up whatever their furry family members leave behind. The other reason why we love it here is how safe it is. I have not seen any crime in this area, and we always feel comfortable walking around outside, regardless of the time of day. We have never needed to call law enforcement for anything, nor have we ever seen anything that requires help. The property management team also makes sure that all fire alarms are working properly throughout the year, testing them periodically every couple of months. The management team is also always inspecting the balconies and the structure supports of each building. They will have inspectors come in to make sure every apartment is safe and will make improvements whenever it’s needed. Lastly, but most importantly, the property management is absolutely incredible! They are always available to answer any questions you might have and will address any issues that arise and take appropriate actions to remedy the situation. They have always been extremely professional and polite anytime I have interacted with them. Sierra, Moosa and Thailia have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy. I honestly cannot express how impressed we are by how competent they have been over the years with handling and maintaining this property. You can tell that they genuinely care about the residents that live here. They will pay for ice cream for all of the residents and their family in the summer, they host a holiday party so residents can eat and mingle with one another to help build a stronger community, and they set up several community events throughout the year like a pet appreciation event, or pool party in the summer. Overall, this community is wonderful in every aspect. We could not be happier with our decision to live here.
