- KPkp pFeb 3, 20261.0Why is it impossible to talk to a physical person at this apartment complex? This apartment complex was recently purchased by International Equities Corporation. When I first moved in, the customer service was great. You were actually able to talk to the property manager. Now it is a purely automated service that loops you constantly and prevents you from talking to a physical person. If you look up IEC you can see that they essentially purchase apartment complexes and ruin them in the name of profit. I suspect conditions will continue to deteriorate at Gates unfortunately.
