  Mariners Village is a beautiful community. I was helped by James the leasing agent and he ensured that I was able to get my appointment to tour for the weekend even though it seemed booked online. He walked me through the community while showing me the apartment that I could actually rent and describing all the extra amenities that are coming soon. He did a great job helping me select a home that would be right me:) Thanks James!

  I’m writing this review after living here for 6 months. This is still a relatively short time but it has given me enough time to experience most things a renter will. Staff Diana is the staff member I dealt with during my rental process. From the first time I called the leasing office, she has been a pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, and detailed in her description and explanation of thigs. She is also very patient and understanding. I was able to schedule a viewing for apartments the next day after talking to her, and she took me on a detailed tour of the complex. I wanted to go back to view some apartments I missed and she was not bothered at all to take me back around. That last apartment ultimately became the one I chose. Maintenance I got here during the rainy season. A few weeks after moving in, it started raining. I live on the top floor and the ceiling in my bedroom started leaking. I submitted a work request. As soon as the rain ended, the ceiling was inspected by the maintenance team and fixed. It has rained a lot since then but I haven’t seen a single drop. My mailbox did not close well, there was a centimeter gap left after it was closed. I went to the office and informed them about it. It was fixed before the day was over. There is a mailroom and a mail alert system that I wasn’t put on at the start of my lease. As a result, I got alert about my mail being delivered but couldn’t find some of them in the mail room. Went to the office and informed them. Within minutes they had my information in the mailroom system and my packages were found shortly after as well. Environment I am a nature lover. I love the land, trees, and being near the water. It doesn’t get any better than this in the Marina. If you want a good simulation of a natural, organic environment among the mostly sterile looking apartment buildings in Marina del Rey, this is the best place to live.

  James in the leasing office is great. We don’t live here (yet, potentially) but he was a great tour guide and added to the feel of the community substantially. If you are interested in leasing something here, I highly encourage you to ask for James as a guide to walk you through the property. If we did move here, his efforts would be a large part of why we did.

  I’ve been living in Mariner’s Village for four years now and I truly love it here. What initially drew me in was the serene location. It feels like a peaceful escape while still being connected to the city. The staff has always been exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful, making my experience consistently pleasant. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which adds a lot to the overall comfort of living here. The tennis court, gym, swimming pools, and secure package room make daily life convenient and enjoyable. On top of that, the management organizes thoughtful events for residents like plant workshops and sound bath experiences which create a welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere. Overall, this place offers not just a home, but a lifestyle. I feel safe, supported, and genuinely happy living here.
