  I moved to Marina Harbor from Miami, FL without seeing the apartment, and the leasing team made the entire process smooth. Leanne was especially helpful, always responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions. After moving in, I realized the unit wasn’t the right fit for me, and management was very accommodating. They allowed me to tour other units and transition without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The community is friendly, maintenance is quick and reliable, and having 24/7 on-site security is a big plus. Overall, the team here has been professional, responsive, and a joy to work with. They make you feel like family here!

  I’ve been dealing with a German cockroach infestation in my unit since December 2025. Despite immediately reporting the problem and repeatedly following up—specifically requesting inspections of surrounding units—management did nothing for months. It wasn’t until March 2026 that they finally inspected other apartments and confirmed the infestation originated elsewhere and had spread to multiple units. In the meantime, I endured repeated treatments, each requiring me to empty my entire kitchen and bathroom cabinets—about 9 hours per treatment—despite keeping my unit spotless and paying for regular cleaning. Management now refuses to offer any rent credits or relocation assistance, despite the months of disruption and the fact that I paid nearly $2,000 to move into this unit less than a year ago. While one staff member has been somewhat helpful, the overall response has been negligent, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend living here under any circumstances.

  My stay at the marina harbor was such a pleasant experience thanks to La Toya Glover. My family and I stayed in the Airbnb for my college graduation and was accommodated by La Toya during our stay. My uncle is handicap and she made sure that he was comfortable and helped me keep him mobile as we explored the beautiful property. She kept the place stocked with all the necessities we needed like, extra coffee, water, towels and more, My experience was so pleasurable, I decided to stay there again. My sister and her children wanted to go to universal studios in October during the kids fall break. La Toya once again made our stay as wonderful as the last stay. The kids had so much fun on the property with access to the pool and jacuzzi all thanks to La Toya. I am excited to plan another vacation and stay at the marina harbor. Thank you La Toya for your hospitality
