  I had a great experience visiting Esprit Marina del Rey. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the marina views are absolutely stunning. The community feels peaceful yet lively, and the location is perfect. Anabell was amazing so welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful tour!

  I had an amazing experience today with Anabell, our leasing agent, and I truly want to highlight how exceptional she was. She devoted a couple of hours to showing me every available unit in the building, never once making me feel rushed or pressured. She was extremely patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. What stood out the most was how warm, friendly, and thoughtful Anabell was — she made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable. She listened to my preferences, answered every question with professionalism, and gave me honest, helpful guidance that made it so easy for me to picture myself in each space. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about helping you find the right home, and Anabell absolutely did. I’m incredibly appreciative of her time, her effort, and her kindness. Because of her, I found a place that I absolutely love , and I’m excited to say that I’m going to apply for it! ❤️

  I’ve been living here for a couple months now, and overall my experience has been really positive. The staff is truly what makes this place feel like home. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Danielle gave us our tour and was amazing throughout the whole signing process. She was super communicative and made everything easy. Chris has been a real one since day one. Anytime we need help, he is always just a call away and has saved us more than once by tracking down our lost packages. Sandy is always attentive and helpful, and Bailey (who I haven’t seen in a bit) was also great every time we interacted. And of course, the maintenance team is incredible. Angel especially deserves recognition. They are reliable and always friendly! That said, there are a couple of things I wish were better, especially given the price point. The package system definitely needs improvement. Packages get misplaced often, and when the lobby is closed, delivery drivers sometimes have no idea where to leave them. I wish the process was more organized so we don’t have to constantly ask the front desk for help. The other issue is the Wi-Fi. I work from home and really need reliable high-speed internet. For what we pay, it is frustrating that we are forced to use the building’s cable and Wi-Fi setup instead of bringing our own provider. Overall, I love the community and the people who work here. They truly care. With a few improvements to the package system and internet options, this place would be perfect!

  I toured the property with Danielle and really like all the amenities and spacious apartments. I like that it's townhome style with multiple levels. Danielle was very friendly and helpful in listening to what I want and trying to find me the perfect apartment. Still looking around, but Esprit is at the top of my list. They definitely have the best water views.

  Having been here at Esprit for 12 plus years I have seen my share of turnover in personnel... Some were quite excellent and others hmmmm. I would like to offer my thoughts on several individuals that I believe truly make a difference. First is Virginia Cecefia, we have been friends for over 20 years and during all of that time she has always been there with a great smile laced with the willingness to step up and extend any support necessary to resolve any issues, I have encountered. On a scale of 1 to 10 Virgina is truly a 10. Second is Andrea Zazueta who oversees the Marine portion of Esprit Marina. Andrea has one of hardest jobs here at Esprit. With over 400 slips she encounters over 400 different personalities that requires her to defuse and offer support to renters that are angry and yes incredible rude in many cases. I have watched firsthand her dealing with such situations in her office. She remains calm, she listens and then offers solutions to address the renter’s complaint. Andrea is well grounded and does an excellent job. Third is Oscar Romero, driven is an understatement, his attitude is filled with what can I do to offer you support and address any issues you are experiencing, said eyes that smile. Oscar is never to busy to listen, for what may be a small request to the renter it’s huge. Oscar makes the hard issues look easy, because he is a people person 100%. This can never be taught it must come from within. The fact that I rent apartment #6001 on the main channel plus I rent four slips for a total of about 120K plus per year it’s important to be surrounded by individuals that I care about and trust to watch my back.
