  I would like to recommend Anabell Borges-Lopez, Resident Services Specialist, to any anyone considering Esprit as a new home. Many times, these searches can be stressful and high pressured. Anabell was a refreshing change from previous experiences I've had. She used our time together efficiently, showing me units that fit my needs and preferences. Never did I feel rushed, or "managed." She is personable and professional and I trust the information she gave me. As for the Esprit complex, it matched or exceeded what I hoped to find. Extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and lovely in spite of being a large complex. The gym, special occasion rooms (theater, game room, sports courts, massage area, gym and library) are top notch. Spacious and personal both. Lots of areas to sit privately, enjoy a book, work, or have a snack. The units are extremely quiet, materials are pleasing, and the window shades discrete but effective. I urge you to ask for Anabel directly if you are considering a tour of Esprit. G. Jaeger

  My mother is a senior resident at Esprit, Marina del Rey, and after 17 years of living there, we can definitely say it is a wonderful and beautiful place to live! For the seniors, sometimes the tech changes can be tough to learn, and Anabell and the staff have been very helpful and patient in helping my Mom with these updates. We thank you and highly recommend Esprit!

  Honestly, I probably won't move in because the 1-bedrooms are priced a bit higher than I'm willt to spend, but these penthouse level apartments are amazing! And I get the reason why it's priced high. So if it were in my desired budget, I'd move in tomorrow. But just want to thank Danielle for a great tour. She really got me excited about the property and the neighborhood and what a dream come true this would be. I'll be keeping my eye on anything coming available under $4K. Hoping it will work out!

  I visited Esprit yesterday and Danielle Buxbaum welcomed us as our leasing specialist. From the moment I arrived, she made the entire experience feel welcoming and unhurried. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to detail throughout the tour, and took the time to thoughtfully answer every question without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was her energy, she is warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She made the apartment and the community easy to envision as a place to live, not just a unit to see. It’s clear she cares about the experience of the people living there, and that made a big difference. Thank you, Danielle, for making the process feel smooth and enjoyable.

  I had a great experience working with Anabell during my apartment search. From the very beginning, she was kind, helpful, and accommodating, which made the entire process feel easy and stress free. She took the time to show me multiple units in the building at my own pace, and answered all of my questions clearly. I truly felt supported throughout the process. Anabell was always responsive, patient, and thoughtful, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. I am so grateful for her help! The rest of the staff I met briefly while touring were also wonderful, and it seems like Esprit has a very positive, responsive management and maintenance team.
