- AYAo YuanAug 26, 20242.0I would recommend this apartment to you if you want an apartment 1 no AC 2 facing the main street and full of noises at night because of racing cars and motorcycles 3 take every wear and tear as your liability 4 2 in 1 washer and dryer 5 not fully renovated when you move in TBH, I should blame myself more for not acting more cautiously. If I could made my choice again, I won't be lured by the affordable price and 2in1 washer and dryer any more.

When I stopped by on Monday afternoon hoping to see the listing(s), the manager wasn't there but answered the call saying she is at a training sessions. She took my number and said she would call back, only she never did. If this is any indication of the management's responsiveness to tenants' needs - it's not a favorable one. Note: I have not seen the apartments - this is a review based on my experience TRYING to see one. (There are daily ads on Craigslist. You would think they'd be interested in showing you one? Not in my experience.)
