Have provided pictures, offered to meet with a vendor, hire a vendor, asked to be put in contact with someone who can assist, etc. Six months of emails promising a response, apologizing for "backlog", will get on it next week, etc. If anyone at Associa is unaware of the situation or wishes to contact me I would welcome a communication. It is unacceptable to pay the HOA fees and have multiple skunks in your yard, on the streets, in the bushes on a daily basis. Currently residents can't walk their dogs, take their trash out, open the door for deliveries, etc. after 8 p.m. Very unfortunate, unnecessary and unprofessional that HOA collects the fees and neglects basic responsibilities to protect residents. It isn't one skunk, it is several every day to the point it is a health hazard. Somone at Associa, please contact me. Requests for assistance falling on deaf ears.
