We are absolutely wild about The Wilder! The building is quite nice and has a unique decorative style. The lobby as well as the outdoor garden lounges are beautiful. The leasing and on-site manager, Mary Alvarado, is a gem! She was the first person we met with and was not only professional and knowledgeable about the place, but also kind and approachable. She allowed us to take our time while viewing the building and she was patient and attentive to us with our many questions.
Weāve had a wonderful experience so far and have found all of the staff responsive and helpful - including Alan, who is eager to help with any issues in the unit. The cleaning crew is also extremely polite and kind.
Weāre so happy we chose The Wilder over all the other places we looked into!

Iāve been living at The Wilder for over a year now and I couldnāt be happier with the experience. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The building is always clean and smells great!
I also love the addition of the lockers⦠having my packages secure and not having to worry about them sitting out.

12/4/25: Ooooh more shady practices alert!! my post was getting too many views for their liking so they tried to get it removed š and bc Iām petty like that, Iāll update that they āforgotā to prorate my rent my move-out month and tried to keep ~$500. Wonder how many other tenants they āforgotā to do that with.
Continuous leaks throughout apartment building and instead of fixing the problems, theyāre getting tenants to sign NDAs for any damage compensation. Once signed, management is freed of any and all past and future liability and imposes a hefty fine if talked about- thus the lack of any other negative reviews. That should tell you all you need to know about this management company

Super excited to be moving in soon! Huge thanks to Carlos Vasquez for being so patient, whilst I was being indecisive on an apartment layout during my tour. I had the last appointment on a Saturday afternoon so Iām sure he wanted nothing more than to leave & start his weekend but he happily walked me through all the available units until I picked the one what was best for me!
