  Thanks for such a quick turnaround on the extermination request. It's a pity that electrical outlets can't be placed in the second to fourth floors in the small sitting areas. Otherwise, bravu!

  I am very unhappy, I have excellent credit, 750 FICO and your system does not connect to my Credit Union in New Mexico US Eagle. I try to up load copies of my bank statements for verification but your software would not allow it. Your leasing team does not know how to accept bank statements and your banking partner who is calling all the shots is going to loose an excellent client and tenant. Please contact me so we may discuss. I will be back in LA on Monday and would like to resolve or end this transaction with a letter stating that the incomplete approval was an issue on the part of the Preston not me or my Credit.

  Of all the apartment communities I have lived in, this is hands down my favorite. Our unit & the amenities are great, but it’s the PEOPLE that really puts this place over the top. THANK YOU Deja, Tianna, Edgar & Noah for creating a sense of community and always bringing positive energy. We appreciate you!
