    I will not be renewing my lease here and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering living in this building. For the amount residents are paying (close to $4,000/month for a studio), the security and management standards are extremely disappointing. I recently had to file a police report after discovering a GPS tracker placed on my car, and there have been multiple instances of suspicious individuals lingering around the building and following residents, including myself. There were also strange incidents involving someone placing roses in my car door handle and even inside my car (gated and underground parking with claims of night security which has never been seen by me or when called goes directly to voicemail saying wait until the morning). Situations like this make it very clear that resident safety is not being taken seriously. Package handling is another major issue. Despite repeatedly emailing management about this, the problem has never been resolved for myself and others. Another ongoing issue is the fire alarm constantly going off, which has been extremely disruptive. It’s stressful not only for residents but also for pets in the building. There have also been billing issues, including being charged for a parking space that I had already requested to be removed, and utility charges during a period when I was traveling internationally for months. For the price point, residents should expect basic security, proper package handling, and responsive management, and unfortunately that has not been the case here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to carefully evaluate whether the cost matches the level of service and security provided.

    On site security guard at night is rude and unprofessional . He blasts his music through his phone so loud and God forbid you ask for directions when visiting a friend. Do better.

    We are beyond grateful for our leasing agent, Thomas Black. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. Every question, request, or concern has been handled immediately and with true professionalism, which made a stressful process feel easy and reassuring. The apartment is spotless, safe, and beautifully maintained — it honestly exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work, and Thomas truly does. We can’t praise him enough, and we couldn’t be happier with our living experience. Thank you for going above and beyond — highly, highly recommended.

    the units are beautiful however unless you want to pay $4000+ a month for constant construction noise 6 days a week starting at 7am , with some units having zero cellphone service, don't move here. they do not disclose any other this prior to moving in btw 🥰
