I am committed for the long term and anticipate the residents of Mariposa Gardens collaborating to maintain our property in improved condition and ensure its safety

By far the best place I've lived. Management is always quick and available when needed. Honest and trustworthy. This complex is well kept and maintained and the space is incredible and roomy.

My apartment was newly renovated with carpet/wood laminate, two walk in closets, new appliances. Very well organized and very clean. Apartment manager on the grounds and she was very nice, plus two maintenance men. They fixed things immediately and kept the common areas clean. The neighbors were all good - this is a quiet and orderly place. It was the best place I lived at for four years in LA...
