  I lived here for 2 years. The location is good. Marilyn and Marlon always keep the building clean and well maintained. However, the property leasing office does not helpful and responsive. I sent them a 5-day late vacate notice and they charged me additional 5 days even though I moved out on the first day of the month. Despite the tenant ask to waive 4-day rent because of financial difficulties, they did not even consider. I have lived in many leasing property around LA before but Lido property management is my least favorite. I would not recommend to my friends who are looking for an apartment around LA.

  Moved in 2 months ago ... really appreciate the on-site management (Marilyn )+ maintenance support (Marlon) ...very responsive, helpful, friendly, and work hard to keep the space safe and clean! Thank you Marilyn and Marlon!

  Wow! It is truly unnerving to see how disrespectful people can be of one another... And right out in public and in writing!!! There really is no turning back once we have allowed ourselves to cross the line from good taste, respect & decorum into something less, because you simply cannot un-ring that bell. There truly are better ways of expressing one's self that stand a much better chance of producing the results we can ALL BENEFIT FROM, regardless of where it is you may stand. Always, always take the lead on taking the higher road in all your discussions which are literally to be though of as "exchanges" of knowledge and enlightenment and never as an opportunity exchange ill will or even insult. Let our contributions to the share-scape be of benefit by teaching one another with the flowering beauty of caring compassion and the nurturing kindness and genuine respect due each and every living sentient being every day

  DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management showed us and allowed us to apply for an apartment that someone else already had secured and paid for. We wasted our money and time and were left without housing days before our lease was up. The management and Marilyn lied to us and told us the unit would be ours, they never told us we were in a backup position, they told us we were approved to move in and that they were drafting our lease, and then four days before our move in date told us they gave the unit to another applicant because the applicant had paid for everything. Scammers and liars. AVOID
