I recently toured this property and had an amazing experience! The community is beautiful, very clean and maintained. Mykenzi was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment I showed up. She was genuinely amazing and easy to talk to, which made the tour feel comfortable and she was also so informative, also had such a professional style loved it! Overall, both the property and the management team are amazing!

I had a complicated move to execute and David has been there making sure it happens every step of the way! The move in process was nice and smooth, and so far everything has worked as expected. I was concerned about being so close to the highway but slept perfectly on my first night!

I recently toured this property and had a great experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the property. What really stood out to me was the leasing manager who gave the tour. She was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She explained the different floor plans, amenities, and leasing options clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. On top of being professional, she was also genuinely lovely and easy to talk to, which made the tour feel comfortable and informative. Overall, I left very impressed with both the property and the management team.
I recently toured this property and had a really great experience. The community itself was clean, well maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, but what really stood out was the leasing agent who showed me around. She was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property. She answered every question I had and you can tell how much knowledge and care she had for the property.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this leasing office. I had been communicating with them for weeks about a specific unit and was told I would have the opportunity to view it first once the keys were received from the prior tenant. Because I was informed Saturday or Sunday would be the soonest it could be shown, I had to extend my stay and pay for a hotel in order to remain in town to see it. I was told I would be called Saturday as soon as the keys were available. No one called.
When I arrived Sunday, I was informed another applicant had already been allowed to view and apply for the unit due to internal miscommunication. Despite my repeated efforts and clear interest, I was not given a fair opportunity to apply for the apartment in first position. The community manager took 3 days off and the leasing agent on site was never informed about me or my appointment. I asked to speak to a superior and that request was ignored.
This cost me time and money. No effort was made to correct the situation and I did not even receive as much as an apology.
They had the opportunity to correct this and did not. They could have price matched a smaller unit they have available thats been sitting there for months and also did not. Not a single thing was done to make this right and a new story was made up this morning about what happened to try and sweep this under the rug. They didnt even offer to reimburse me for the hotel. At the very least this would have been the right gesture.
Only after a final email stating I would reach out to corporate department by department did the manager respond with his superior on thread and offer an apology. Little too late. This office is poorly mismanaged and I do not reccomend.
UPDATE: they have temp agencies on some days in the leasing office which also adds to the unorganization at this property
