  i love this apartment complex when i need something fixed, they come as sson as they can and fix it. no complaints. 👏🏽

  I have been waiting for a lightbulb for 2 month. Very slow in follow up in maintenance request .

  Management has little to no control over noisy tenants. Expect noise every single day. Whether it’s blaring music, sounds of screaming, stomping, and banging—management won’t do anything about it. Many tenants smoke in their apartments so don’t be surprised when you smell cigarettes and weed in your apartment at random times. Little to nothing will be done about it. Finally ending a 2 year lease after going back and forth for most of the lease term. Whatever management says to ease your mind about your experience, expect no change. Even when courtesy patrol is called, nothing will be done. Neighbors in other units have expressed they have even called the cops, and it is still an issue. Outside of the noise and lack of amenities, it is a decent apartment unit. Had a few wild experiences with encampments—attempted break in and almost burned down the complex. Lights will randomly be out, so expect the eeriest walk to and from the entrance. Fire alarms go off randomly every month at late hours. One good thing about this apartment, the on-site cleaning woman is kind and thorough when she is there. Sad that her hard work goes to waste within hours due to other tenants

  Parking has improved after a lot of complaining but was very bad. Noise from my neighbors is excessive. I’ve lived in multiple apartments with upstairs neighbors and it has never been this bad. I’ve sent an email to management so many times with no improvement. At the moment I do not see myself renewing at all. Update: After the response from the company, noise continues and may even be worse even though they said they spoke with them. We’ve called and emailed without success… would give zero stars if possible.
