    When I was looking for a place in LA, this was the first place I visited. Since I wanted to make an informed decision, for an entire month, I visited other places all over the city. Ultimately, I returned to WM. Humanized treatment (hands down to Amir!), amazing location, upgraded appliances, brand new, and has extremely bright units! Happy about my decision!

    This review is for Amir! He's the best leasing agent we've have ever had, he truly cares about the residents and is always so pleasant and helpful. He made the move in process seamless. He's very knowledgeable about the building and just overall great!

    Shout-out to the best leasing agent I've ever dealt with. Amir will go above and beyond to ensure tenants/ prospective tenants have a fabulous experience. He will always remember your preferences and will help you find the perfect unit. The building is new, the units are bright and have amazing views, and the rooftop has incredible views to the city, hills, Hollywood sign, and sunset. Humanized leasing experience.

    Living at WM has been such a breath of fresh air after our last “luxury” apartment experience in Culver City. Beautiful building and amenities, great/responsive staff, and awesome location! It’s been such an amazing experience. So happy to be living here!

    Review for Eric – Property Maintenance Eric has been an outstanding asset to our condo community. He’s super reliable, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to keep everything in great shape. Whether it’s a quick repair or a bigger job, he handles it with care and professionalism. What really stands out is how friendly and approachable he is. He’s always in a good mood, easy to talk to, and takes the time to connect with residents while getting things done. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and it shows. We’re lucky to have him around!
