This place had the worst management, care, and professionalism I have ever encountered in my life. The staff is highly incompetent, rude, and careless. The front desk person, Jay, has harassed, threatened, and caused disturbances for my friends and family. He has a very hostile attitude and always tries to act tough for very unknown, awkward reasons, such as trying to enforce non-existent "laws" that he has no authority over. He once confronted my sister, who tried to park in a guest parking and come with me to get validation for the day. He apparently saw her on camera, rushed to the parking spot, and started to raise his voice and threaten to tow her car and get her into legal trouble. She was very frightened and uncomfortable as this is highly absurd and unexpected, given his aggressive tone and behavior. He certainly has some sort of issues because this has happened to some other residents that I was on contact with. I decided not have guests over on his shifts as his demeanor has caused lots of discomfort for them. It is unbelievable how such incompetent, unprofessional people are employed at this place. This was reported to the office several times, but they could care less and did not even respond with a resolution. With this in mind, they had asked me to extend my lease, which I bluntly refused. I would never, ever recommend anyone to rent here. Worst renting experience EVER...

I applied to one of their rooms on August 4th, in the afternoon. I cancelled my application during the morning of August 6th, prior to the 72 hours window in order to recover my holding deposit of $500. I spoke with their manager, he said he received my cancellation at 9:57 am and agreed to reimburse my holding deposit. I have sent SEVERAL emails to their team and they’re straight away ghosting me, the only answer I had was a denial to reimburse my money. I already sent a request for payment in writing and reported the charge as fraud with my bank, I guess I’ll see them in the small claims court as well if they still refuse to reimburse me and at least reply my email. So sad I was really planning to move there in the future. Please stay away from this place if you don’t want to waste your time and get your money robbed.

I had a wonderful experience touring an apartment property, and a big part of that was due to the exceptional tour guide, Bella Rangal. From the start, she was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable and welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the property and its amenities, and took the time to walk me through every detail—from the layout of the apartments to the building’s features. What really stood out was her ability to address all of my questions and concerns with clear, helpful answers. She was patient, attentive, and made sure I didn’t feel rushed, which really helped me get a good sense of the space. Her insights into the neighborhood and the local community were also a great bonus, providing a well-rounded picture of what life would be like living there. Overall, the tour was informative, thorough, and made me feel much more confident in my decision-making. I left with a great impression of both the property and the neighborhood, all thanks to Bella Rangal who went above and beyond

NMS Residential Management team, a group of individuals displaying racism and a condescending attitude. Recently, as I was searching for a rental property, I came across their advertisement online. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment on their website for November 13, 2023, at 4:00 PM to tour their apartment. On the afternoon of the 13th, at 3:50 PM, I arrived in my Mercedes and parked near their apartment. I walked to their management office wearing slippers and casual clothing, with some cat hair on my clothes, perhaps not presenting a refined appearance. After knocking on the door for an extended period, they eventually allowed me in. I explained my purpose and informed them of my 4:00 PM appointment. The manager, who was African-American, informed me that there was no record of my appointment in the system and refused my tour. Despite showing him the confirmation email on my phone with the specified appointment time, he still declined. In front of him, I made another appointment for November 14 at 5:00 PM. After completing the reservation, I cross-checked with him, and he confirmed receiving my appointment request in the system. On November 14 at 4:50 PM, I drove for another half an hour to their management office. I still wore slippers, and this time, a different African-American staff member was at the front desk. I explained my situation, and he informed me that they don't accept apartment tours after 5:00 PM, which seemed absurd to me. I pointed out the 5:00 PM appointment available on their website, and considering my half-hour drive, I questioned why I couldn't tour the apartment. I mentioned my willingness to rent their apartment, emphasizing that they seemingly didn't care about their business. He responded, "Yes, I don't care. You can leave." I attempted to argue with him, but he refused to communicate further, rudely insisting that I leave. When I requested to speak with their manager, he refused to call the manager and declared that he wouldn't talk to me or answer any questions from that moment onward. He once again demanded that I leave immediately. He was physically imposing and spoke in a very unfriendly manner, making me fear potential violent eviction if I didn't comply. Consequently, I left their management office. It was only after leaving that I realized the possible reasons for their behavior: my wearing of slippers, the cat hair on my clothes, and the fact that I am Asian. I then understood that their management team is a group of racists with a disdainful attitude. I take responsibility for my words, and if there are surveillance cameras in their office, I welcome them to expose this footage. If you also desire to experience racism, you may consider applying for their apartment – best of luck to you. Of course, I will never consider renting from them again. They clearly don't care about losing me as a tenant or my feedback. I simply want to convey that if you are Asian, don't waste your time – this group of racists does not welcome Asians.
