Although the listing claims “on-site parking”, it fails to mention that there is no arrangement between We Work and the property manager. Essentially, you will end up parking either in the residential parking lot right next to the We Work facility for $38/day (keep in mind the We Work day pass is $29) or across the street at the Westfield Mall where you will pay $30 for the day (first hour is free). Did I check the parking beforehand? No - my fault on that one. I do think, though, that the management of the space needs to be more explicit around what is going on with Parking here when you make a reservation. I could understand not addressing the issue in a market like NYC where 98% of people are taking mass transit, but this is LA. People will be driving. Be hospitable and welcoming - let people know what to expect.

Tasty coffee, fruit water, and a steady flow of building events make for fantastic amenities. Plus walking distance to the Westfield mall for lunch time eats, or just to take a walk and clear your head. The staff is friendly, kind, and supportive!
