  The grounds are kept impeccably clean, and the landscaping is beautiful. It all makes for a very pleasant, relaxing environment. A huge plus is West Park Village's automated online payment and maintenance request system, which makes paying the rent and submitting maintenance requests a breeze!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.🥰

  I have been a resident of West Park Village for 5 years and enjoy living here. Maintenance requests are always resolved promptly and to satisfaction. The entire team in the office and on the grounds are very professional, accommodating when possible and above all friendly.

  I moved in about 6 months ago, it’s been great. Omar and his team are awesome. I don’t have any complaints about Omar nor his team nor this place. I love how quiet and clean everything is. I also love how quick everyone is to respond to my emails & how friendly everyone is around here. I totally recommend this place.

  I lived here for four years. Here are my pros and cons. Pro: - David from the Front Office is very nice. - Gated community - Lots of greenery - Two pools, one hot tub - Laundry On-Site Con: - Omar from the Front Office is rude and comes across as incompetent. - Neighborhood is sleepy and kind of trashy once you make it onto Santa Monica - Residents walk around with their dogs off-leash all the time, not great for reactive pets or dogs who are being trained - Very little natural light in units - Units are not updated, countertops are ugly laminate, bath tubs are shitty plastic - Maintenance shows up quick, but problems are recurring or never get fully solved in the first place. - Ants and spiders *everywhere*, often surging into units without any reason aside from weather - Garbage disposals are of the lowest quality, unable to process even the softest foods. Plan on not using them. - Laundry rooms close at 10:00 PM - Laundry units are always breaking down, eating your money (digital -- will take the money and then just not work) - Laundry is EXPENSIVE. In four years, it's gone from $1.75 per load to $3.75. Absolutely absurd pricing. - Have to agree with the review further down below about riff raff. Two of my next-door neighbors over the course of four years were evicted, then my neighbor across the way was also evicted. All after causing heavy cigarette smoke to leak into my general living space. Nobody follows the smoking rules. - Price point is absolutely ABSURD. They really are trying to wring people dry with no added value in their offerings or accommodations.
