  I chose to live at Villa Vicente due to its close proximity to the school I was attending. I have been pleasantly surprised by the entire team that works here, they are friendly and quick to respond to any issues. They built the entire complex around the trees that were already here, which gives it a park like atmosphere. The grounds are kept clean and safe. If you are looking for an apartment that is centrally located in LA - I encourage you to swing by and see this place for yourself.

  Nice place to live, the leasing department is nice and very helpful when it comes to your needs .Since new management, always seen walking around greeting tenants checking on the building, it's great to see

  I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The property is well maintained, and the layouts were thoughtfully designed. The leasing agent was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Cameron Rivera was the leasing agent that helped us and he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend touring this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I truly appreciated the great customer service!

  I tried several times, just to book a tour. The people in the office did not call back. Poor customer service.

  I have had a wonderful experience working with the staff here at Ville Vicente. They’ve been very accommodating; the grounds are beautiful; it’s a safe environment, and thank God there’s parking available. I highly recommend this living environment.
