  My mom, my dog, and I recently got approved for an apartment at Villa Vicente, and we couldn’t be more grateful! From the very beginning, the property manager, Mel, was incredibly caring, supportive, and dedicated to making sure our application and move-in process went smoothly. Cameron was also a huge help — showing us the apartments and assisting in every way possible to make this transition easy and stress-free. After searching through countless apartments that didn’t quite fit or didn’t feel welcoming, Villa Vicente immediately stood out. We’ve felt warm and welcomed since our very first visit. The community is safe, friendly, and beautifully maintained, and the customer service is truly remarkable. We’re so thankful and blessed for this opportunity and highly recommend Villa Vicente Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home! 🎉

  I personally want to thank 🙌🏼🥰🥰🥰♥️♥️ Mel ( Property Manager ) she is a such a spectacular amazing person I would like to thank her for conducting herself towards myself in my daughter with her phenomenal Customer Service, exceeded and beyond .she has definitely showed us so much support assisting us through our journey . .. she dedicated herself to every phone call and returned every phone call to Assist us along the way. We have been turned down by multiple apartment units over and over again And when we found Villa Vicente Apartment homes, it was like the best blessing on earth. We were not sure if we would get approved… this was definitely a life-changing situation the best gift on the Earth. I also want to thank Cameron and Lola in the Leasing office for extending their exceptional Customer Service as well. If anyone’s looking for an amazing location to lease thats safe and gated, I would definitely consider Villa Vicente apartment 🏠 Homes😍😍

  We recently moved into Villa Vicente and had the pleasure working with Lola and Mel, they were both such a great help. We moved from the UK so had a harder time applying however they both made our transition a smooth process with constant communication and support to make us feel at home. We love the area, pool and gym areas. All so clean and homely. We couldn't be happier. Thanks again to Lola and Mel!
