- AKAn KApr 16, 20251.0Extremely unprofessional experience with The Fairfax Flats at 5801 W Pico Blvd. I scheduled a tour and clearly stated that I was planning to move in September. Despite this, the appointment was confirmed, and I arranged my work schedule to be available. When I called Ariel, the agent, right before the tour, he told me he had no intention of showing the apartment simply because my move-in date was “too far in the future.” This was never communicated beforehand. Why confirm the appointment and let me rearrange my day, only to cancel last minute? Ariel’s attitude was dismissive and careless, and the way this was handled showed a complete lack of respect for my time. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine what it’s like dealing with management long-term. I would not recommend this building to anyone

Their website listed availability for 2 bedroom apartments and when scheduling the tour I also selected that I'm interested in 2 bedroom apartments. I arrived and was told they don't have any 2 bedroom apartments available. Waste of our time ...
