As soon as I sent the documents back, the property manager called to inform me that the rental price was actually going to be DOUBLE what was listed on both the application and lease agreement. After I threatened to get my lawyers involved he agreed to give a full refund. Now 3 months later I’m being contacted about an outstanding bill with the property for $500 - I never moved in here and all of the above is outlined in writing from the property manager. Management is clearly not on the same page and no one has any clue what the hell is going on. Not to mention the parking garage (which you have to pay for) is 8 minutes away. Just a mess. -10000/10 would not recommend.

The fitness center is awesome lots of good equipment, so it’s easy to get a workout in without going anywhere else. The sky deck is super chill too, with great views and a cool spot to hang out or just relax. Plus, there’s a Starbucks close by that’s just a short walk away, which is perfect for grabbing my daily coffee fix. Everything else I need is pretty much within walking distance, which makes life way easier. Sahar had toured me, and the staff here are really nice and always friendly, which makes the whole vibe feel welcoming. Overall, I’m happy to call this place home!
