Maintenance crew is amazing. Very pet friendly community, but you will definitely pay an incredibly high cost for an incredibly small space with no dishwasher or private laundry

The amenities are amazing, the gym is my favorite, and the lush landscaping makes you forget you’re in the desert. We love the location since it’s within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and bars, and the size of the complex keeps us active. My only complaint is the limited natural light, which seems common here. Lack of windows can be a bit depressing, so prepare to invest in many lamps unless you're one of the lucky units. Still, the golf course and pool offer plenty of sunshine. Move-in was smooth despite no elevators. Overall, a great complex and we highly recommend working with Serenity.
