Awful place to live. Almost killed my cat when fixing the AC by leaving temperature at 90 and also destroyed my bathroom when I woke up one morning with disgusting black fluid spewing over all my belongings. The management Elisa Yashar was extremely rude and began to yell at me when I called to express my upset over my things being destroyed. The on site manager Ziba also lied to me about the square footage of the studio before moving in. I’ve never experienced such awful, predatory landlords in my life and have rented in Los Angeles for many years. Save yourself the trouble.
