- JCjay C.Oct 7, 20251.0Complete waste of time. I drove over an hour and a half to see this apartment after confirming my appointment twice! once by email and once by text. No one showed up. I waited for 30 minutes, called the office, and the person who answered was completely clueless. She said she would “let a manager know,” which made no sense since I had already been there for nearly an hour at that point. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. They even sent a reminder just an hour before my appointment confirming my time, yet no one was there. To make matters worse, the exterior looked dirty, small, and unkept. So I can only imagine the interior.Totally disrespectful and a complete waste of time. Don’t bother scheduling a tour save yourself the drive and the frustration and a dirty apartment!
