  Joquan , Kennedy and the others should be FIRED for housing discrimination. I recently completed a secret shop here for several workers that weren't answering the telephone and refusing to accept the 30% Section 8 tenants. I made several appointments and they missed them all. I called and left messages and they never returned my telephone calls. I gave them a $2,500.00 budget and instead of showing me the he $1,700 apartment they offered me a $5,000.00 apartment instead. Instead of offering me the posted $700-,1,700 referral rebate they told me that it doesn't exist. Kennedy especially was very nasty and rude and forgot to ask for my ID and then forgot to return it. She also took me to the Garment District apartments across the street and insisted that we JAYWALK against traffic instead of crossing at the light. She offered me a non handicap unit after I insisted that I needed a handicapped accessible unit. I audited 7 of their other properties in total and 5/7 Failed. Kudos to NATE from another property he is new here , because of the great experience he offered me. He was professional and offered me units as low as $1,300.00 he didn't discriminate and was very helpful. Be careful about renting here and make sure you look at the website for pricing and report all bad behavior to corporate. Also the property in Little Tokyo was a nightmare again I made an appointment and instead the agent went on a date and ignored me. She then started texting my alternate telephone number mistaking me for her date. They get free apartments in exchange for being there for emergencies and working on Saturday. It's a shame that mystery shoppers are sent because they abuse and discriminate against Blacks and Hispanic customers. That's my review from a trusted perspective, Maxfield Lofts are very clean, and designed very nice too bad you're not able to get anyone on the phone or in person to view them. I had to report back to my coordinator 4 times just so I could audit Jaequan , he just doesn't show up to work or takes 5 hour lunch breaks.

  All I can say is Kennedy is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to get me leased and moved in comfortably. Thank you so much. Words can’t express how happy I am

  Can’t thank Kennedy my leasing agent enough for making my dreams come true in being able to rent at Maxfield. After searching and searching many places in DTLA, once I found Maxfield, I knew this is where I wanted to call home! The building, the units, and just everything is well kept and very organized. Not to mention, the entire team has been nothing but friendly, professional, and kind to me and my puppy! Thank you for making it happen so fast for me!

  Moved in last month and really enjoying Maxfield Lofts. I visited a lot of lofts after Maxfield, but came back to my first choice. Melissa was great showing me around on my first visit and answering all the questions. She also helped out a lot when I was signing my lease. What really sold me on Maxfiled Lofts is that out of all the other lofts I saw Maxfield had the best looking interior, which was really important to me.
