After searching and searching many places in DTLA, once I found Maxfield, I knew this is where I wanted to call home! The building, the units, and just everything is well kept and very organized. Not to mention, the entire team has been nothing but friendly, professional, and kind to me and my puppy! Thank you for making it happen so fast for me!

The office doors are always open, unless the team is away for lunch. The team is always willing to communicate. More positive community activity and engagement. And a small thing for some, BUT there’s always flavor options of creamer for the coffee downstairs! 🤣 (until the hoarders get word of the replenishment) ALL OF THESE POSITIVE CHANGES HAVE OCCURRED BECAUSE OF THE NEW COMMUNICATIVE GENERAL MANAGER MR.JEQUAN. He’s beyond generous with his time, and always ready to resolve any request. I look forward to seeing what he and his team do next. (This rating is solely for the new team.
