After searching and searching many places in DTLA, once I found Maxfield, I knew this is where I wanted to call home! The building, the units, and just everything is well kept and very organized. It's a very cool, historic building with clean, newly-renovated vibes inside. The best of both old and new, in my opinion. Jonathan was a huge help through the entire process, from my first viewing through my move-in date. The other employees and all the other residents all seem great, too. I'm really looking forward to my time here.

Melissa was great showing me around on my first visit and answering all the questions. She also helped out a lot when I was signing my lease. What really sold me on Maxfiled Lofts is that out of all the other lofts I saw Maxfield had the best looking interior, which was really important to me.
