I have been here for almost 3 years now and our new manager Kayyy has definitely turned this place around. She is more attentive and handles every issue with care like it’s her own. When anything is needed she makes sure it gets done and answered in a timely manner. Definitely happy with the new change and can’t wait to see what mariposa will be with her around.

I’ve been staying here for a while now. I can say that my experience with Kaay as a new manager has been amazing. She’s the most responsive I’ve ever seen. She listens to concerns respectfully and handles them quickly. It’s clear she cares about maintaining the property and creating a more positive environment for everyone. I really appreciate her effort and management style!

I don’t know why people are hyping up D’Angelo, he’s a scammer, I paid him cash for my rent & he kept it & put a rental collections on my record this was 2 years ago & it still effects me daily I can’t find a stable place to live because of it he basically ruined my life. He did this to someone else I know as well. We are just hardworking normal people. Mind you he did this after knowing I was robbed at gun point in the unit he rented out to me. Do not move to this building, the same night I was robbed at gun point another lady was assaulted, & the week before another tenants hell cat was stolen out of the garage & another tenants car had its windows smashed someone tried to rob their car but luckily it had nothing in there, & the same week I got robbed another robbery of someone’s motorcycle almost happened I’m not exactly sure what happened but someone got beaten & was bleeding , not sure if it was the victim or the suspect in that situation but regardless it’s not a safe place to live & I still carry the scars it gave to me financially & mentally.
